Reflecting the informal street dining culture of Central Mexico, Papi’s Tacos represents the long-awaited arrival of authentic, fuss-free Mexican fare in the Lion City.

Along with a convivial atmosphere and honest food steeped in tradition, diners are welcomed with heartfelt hospitality from a kitchen helmed by Head Chef and Partner, Mauricio Espinoza. Mauricio (or Papi, as we like to call him), hails from the small town of Papalotla, Mexico and brings his heritage to an array of simple, yet mouthwatering tacos and native dishes.

Papi’s Tacos want to provide a fun and festive environment for the event, at the same time dishing out quality, authentic Mexican fare with some menu items having a bit of a local twist to it.

Earle Swensen’s exquisitely designed menu is curated from sourcing for the finest Halal- Certified ingredients, with recipes inspired from current food trends to local favourites. The sliders is a spin off from our existing range of burgers currently offered at Earle Swensen’s.

The bite sized burgers are specially designed for Gastrobeats where one can indulge in a wider variety of choices without being overly stuffed.

In 2017, CRAFT’B was created with a purpose- raising the bar for burgers. The concept is to educate our customers about the food that they were eating and the true taste of each ingredient in the food. 

As the “Craft’ Beef” burger has been the best-selling burger in every event that we have participated in, we decided to transit into a brick and mortar shop at Amoy Street Food Centre specializing in beef bowls, offering different cuts of beef to allow our customers to taste the various textures and flavors. Staying true to our motto, all meats are butchered in house while sauces are made entirely from scratch.

Our menu for this event comprises of our best sellers in events and Amoy; Craft’ Beef and Chili Prawn Burger and Grass-Fed Ribeye Steak served with our specialty sauces.

Big Boy Franks

First started by Addam Al Maleq who discovered his mad hidden skills for creating delicious hot dogs and burgers for his friends and family. 2020 to 2022 was an eventful year for everyone however till today the people in the event industry are still left out to dry. Some kept on struggling but some, like Addam, regrouped and decided to start something new, a fresh start into a new industry.

Two years on since Addam created his own F&B brand, BIG BOY FRANKS under newly set up Big Boy Group Pte Ltd. Selling unique,affordable and high quality Smash burgers and signature beef/chicken carn corn sauce with hot dogs. After 2 years , we decided to revamp our logo and branding.

Located at 8 Jalan Legundi. Some might say they are the one of best and only Smash Burgers and hotdogs around!

Prices start at $10 for burgers and for Hot Dogs, sides even lower. Like every establishment when first opening it had a few suggestions on how to improve but price was not one of them!
