Papi’s Tacos

Reflecting the informal street dining culture of Central Mexico, Papi’s Tacos represents the long-awaited arrival of authentic, fuss-free Mexican fare in the Lion City.

Along with a convivial atmosphere and honest food steeped in tradition, diners are welcomed with heartfelt hospitality from a kitchen helmed by Head Chef and Partner, Mauricio Espinoza. Mauricio (or Papi, as we like to call him), hails from the small town of Papalotla, Mexico and brings his heritage to an array of simple, yet mouthwatering tacos and native dishes.

Papi’s Tacos want to provide a fun and festive environment for the event, at the same time dishing out quality, authentic Mexican fare with some menu items having a bit of a local twist to it.

You Tiao Man is thrilled to be invited back for the second time as part of GastroBeats 2023’s local flavours line up Stay tuned as we continue to reinvent culinary traditions with our Mochi You Tiao and You Tian Sandwich. And that’s not all We will also be serving up our much-loved local favorites, such as Sotong You Tiao, Otah You Tiao, and Ebiko You Tiao.

She has transformed her father’s humble hawker business into a w to become one of manufacturing brand, which grew to Singapore’s biggest You Tiao manufacturers serving Hotels. Caterers, Restaurants, Cafes and Hawkers. With the goal of making traditional food accessible. You Tiao Man has expanded into B2C markets-supplying directly to consumers online and in over 100 supermarkets island-wide.

Earle Swensen’s   

Earle Swensen’s exquisitely designed menu is curated from sourcing for the finest Halal- Certified ingredients, with recipes inspired from current food trends to local favourites. The sliders is a spin off from our existing range of burgers currently offered at Earle Swensen’s.

The bite sized burgers are specially designed for Gastrobeats where one can indulge in a wider variety of choices without being overly stuffed.

Jeffo’s

Starting out more than two decades ago, Jeffo’s is a name that resonates with the pulsing nightlife and entertainment scene in Singapore. We currently have ongoing businesses namely Ninja Snacks and Fei Zhu (Fat Pig) Lok Lok, we then put together these 2 brands and came up with 2 Ninja 1 Fatty which represents the three of us!

This take-away business was established in 2023 and our first venture at the Chatuchak Night Market was a great success! Bringing to the masses unique street food with a twist from across the regions – Tornado Potatoes from Taiwan, freshly grilled seafood from Thailand, our upcoming new product from korea and many more! Our food is suitable for customers from all walks of life, be it children or even seniors. They are conveniently prepared, cooked and plated so that you can eat them anytime, anywhere! We have also participated in the recent Geylang Ramadan Night Bazaar, and we are currently in the midst of planning to anchor 2 Ninja 1 Fatty at a permanent kiosk where we will be introducing a brand new highly raved food item!

CRAFT’B

In 2017, CRAFT’B was created with a purpose- raising the bar for burgers. The concept is to educate our customers about the food that they were eating and the true taste of each ingredient in the food. 

As the “Craft’ Beef” burger has been the best-selling burger in every event that we have participated in, we decided to transit into a brick and mortar shop at Amoy Street Food Centre specializing in beef bowls, offering different cuts of beef to allow our customers to taste the various textures and flavors. Staying true to our motto, all meats are butchered in house while sauces are made entirely from scratch.

Our menu for this event comprises of our best sellers in events and Amoy; Craft’ Beef and Chili Prawn Burger and Grass-Fed Ribeye Steak served with our specialty sauces.

This year we are releasing something new and different- Japanese A4 Omi Wagyu Skewer. Rich in flavour with a melt in your mouth texture! 

Big Boy Franks

First started by Addam Al Maleq who discovered his mad hidden skills for creating delicious hot dogs and burgers for his friends and family. 2020 to 2022 was an eventful year for everyone however till today the people in the event industry are still left out to dry. Some kept on struggling but some, like Addam, regrouped and decided to start something new, a fresh start into a new industry.

Two years on since Addam created his own F&B brand, BIG BOY FRANKS under newly set up Big Boy Group Pte Ltd. Selling unique,affordable and high quality Smash burgers and signature beef/chicken carn corn sauce with hot dogs. After 2 years , we decided to revamp our logo and branding.

Located at 8 Jalan Legundi. Some might say they are the one of best and only Smash Burgers and hotdogs around!

Prices start at $10 for burgers and for Hot Dogs, sides even lower. Like every establishment when first opening it had a few suggestions on how to improve but price was not one of them!

With more then 5555 followers on Instagram, Big Boy Franks have grown in popularity and are expanding into the world of pop up experiences that started at the Singapore famous Projector Theatre at their Riverside X outlet, Gastrobeats and F1 2023 for their recent event.
